Great forum! I just joined! My daughter's "new" 99 RX300 has a broken piece in the master window switch control in the driver's door. I took the thing apart; the only broken part is one of the actual black plastic moving switches. A new switch console (the whole thing, of course) is $400-500, which I just can't justify. I am checking salvage places, but most will understandably want to sell the whole part. I'm hoping I can find a smashed driver's door with a nearly-ruined master switch console, and it should have just what I need. Thanks for reading this!
