fuel door spring

first time posting . would like info on replaceing fuel door spring on my 99 rx300 .looks like i would need some kind of special tool.has anyone done this job before?please help :

CAn someone move this to the RX300 forum?

Doing this same thing and would be helpfull if it weren't in the classifieds.
