Yes, I've entered the 15000 mile service as well as the early engine air filter change on the Lexus Drivers web site.

My last service with Lexus dealer was 15k service for my 2010 RX350 in 02/2012. they charged parts $6.89 Labor $193.20 total : $200.09.
part Items:
Washer Fluid $1.94, smart key battery $4.95

Labor:
Inspect
exhaust system and heat shield, rear differential fluid level, suspension ball joints, steering operation and linkage, engine coolant level, transfer case fluid level, rackand pinion assembly, driver floor mat, balance front tires, rotate tires, re-torque propeller shaft flange bolt. break pads/linings, rotors

Replace:
Battery in master Key

basically they charge for doing nothing.

They found there was a nail in one of front tire, its causing air leakage, I asked the dealer for repair, I was told that its non repairable, they offered $295 for replacement, I rejected their offer, and drove to Costco, it costed me $12 for getting it repaired in Costco. It was very nice that Costco fixed the tire that not sold from their store. years later I replaced all tires in Costco.

You mean I have a "propeller shaft flange bolt"? I had no idea! LOL

I'm not an advocate of staying away from the Lexus dealer to save just a few bucks but when their price is outrageous just for bagels and Latte to make you feel special, there are alternatives. The service you described below is basically an "inspect everything, top off fluids, change oil & filter (with Toyota 0w20w) & rotate the tires. I've been getting it done at a Toyota store for about $65 bucks. I've paid mid $80 range when traveling and they didn't know me but still much better than what you paid. And it's OK to service it where ever you want as long as the parts are to speck and you follow the service manual re; what has to be done.

Default You get bagels and a Latte?

While I get charged $12.72 for MISC SUPPLIES to change a battery under warranty and change the oil at a 5K interval.

It really sends my blood pressure up each time I see "CUSTOMER PAY MISC. SUPPLIES FOR REPAIR ORDER" on my bill:

$15.62 @ 5,404 mile oil change and NAV update that totaled $361.90
$00.00 @ 10K "free" service
$25.93 @ 15K service that totaled $332.47
$12.72 @ 19K service that totaled $155.47
$12.72 @ 24K service that totaled $155.47
------------
$66.99 for MISC SUPPLIES for oil changes on a 14-Month new car is simply insulting.

(Yeah, Cruiter, I could have skipped the oil changes at 5K and 15K - but that's one reason I have people standing in line to buy my used cars.)

Come to think of it - even discounting my two extra oil changes, that's a lot for service maintenance for 24K miles in only 14 Months.

But if they served bagels...

Yesterday I had an oil change(0-20), filter, gasket, tire rotation and an inspection with a written report at the Toyota dealer down the street. 72 dollars out the door. I loaded the work done on the Lexus site in a few minutes.

Yes, it sounds like a rip off. Try a local Toyota dealer. Show them your Owner's checklist.
Hope this helps.

That helps. I did my cabin filter with help of AutoZone for $15 and will rotate tires with local shop ( Dealer wants $40) And I do all Hwy driving so the brakes should not be that worn. And then wait for the 20K service and pick and choose. Topping off the fluids is also a money maker for them. If they fill washer fluid, then charge you for the entire bottle. How do you reset the Maintenance reminder?

DocRonPS - In my 2011 owner's manual, in chapter 4.3, Do-it-yourself maintenance, page 468, at the end of the oil change instructions, you will find the instructions for resetting the oil maintenance data (reminder). It may be on a different page in your manual. If it's not there, let us know and I'll post it here.
Regarding brakes, we are at 50K on ours, and the factory brakes are still good. Wife goes easy on 'em.
You may want to consider the 20K oil change, maintenance price at your Toyota dealer. Mine was $63.29 OTD, without the tire rotation.
Show them your maintenance checklist. It helps them.
Yes, they did check the brakes and everything else. Car wash included. Tire rotation was done for free at America's Tire (Discount Tire). Toyota charges for this. Go figure.

You might give Discount Tire try for rotating your tires. My local Discount Tire has rotated mine for free (on another vehicle of mine), even though the tires weren't purchased from them. The gentleman behind the counter stated that they want my business, when it's time to purchase tires. Sounds like a good business model to me!

I did all that you suggested except under the car inspection. Discount Tires does the free rotation and I did the cabin filter. All I need for 20K is the oil change to keep the warranty valid. Do Toyota dealers do Lexus oil changes? Not much else for the 20K and I do not expect the fluid levels to be low this early! Thanks for the advice. Saved $300!
