Just another thought. I don't think the batteries on the 2010's had a good production run. The one on my 2010 died when the car was 2 weeks old!

Today, Feb 2015, second time, after a very cold night, cannot start. Jump started with my other car. But this RX350 shows up several warning lights: in the middle "CHECK AWD SYSTEM", the ENGINE SERVICE light, the SLIP CONTROL light, and the EXCLAMATION MARK light. But it runs just like normal.

Anyone know what is the problem? What shall I do with it?
ccpyue -- Welcome to the forum. In the future, please don't cross-post the same thing in multiple threads, as it's confusing to most of us. You'll see I and a couple others responded to your other post -- as your symptoms are identical to what I've also encountered in the past. Good luck with your resolution.

Mine lasted over 5 years (May 09 to Dec '14) and I decided it was time for a prophylactic change or get caught with my pants down . No regrets even tho it still tested well. But that's how I roll.

Default Battery problem

I have 700 miles on a new 2015 RX350 and the battery died. The dealer checked it out and said I probably didn't drive it enough. The answer from Lexus was "We suggest driving a vehicle for 20 minutes at least once every 10 days. If a vehicle will sit for longer than this accessories will drain the battery. To save the battery you can disconnect the negative terminal on the battery or add a trickle charger. Again, I am very sorry for any inconvenience."
The owners manual also states,
“Turn off any unnecessary electrical components when the vehicle is running at a low speed for an extended period, such as in heavy traffic.”
Obviously, the car has more electrical drain than it can generate.

your problem is on the extreme side of chance. You probably have a faulty alternator, unsecured grounds or some other accessory is grounding out.

+1 If this is the original battery, it's on borrowed time. First thing i would do is replace it then see if you still have issues. It's just a matter of time till it fails and lets you sit anyway.

I tried the lock and unlock then open rear hatch and it did nothing. I wonder how loud and long that guy is laughing
