You also have the option of going to a Toyota dealer, where they're familiar with the drivetrain, have all necessary parts, and are almost always cheaper. Pastries are likely not as good or even available.
Or go to the Lexus dealer and decline their generous offer of top end cleaning. You can specify that you only want what's listed in the manual.

I really appreciate all the input from everyone. Thanks to everyone who took time to help me out.

is brake fluid change necessary?
Is a brake fluid change really necessary?
I had a brake job done at 60,000 and all the dealer's service department did was replaced all the pads.
They didn't have to replace the rotors and they didn't say they had to replace the fluid.

If you look into your owners maintenance manual I think you'll find 30,000 mile intervals for scheduled brake fluid flush & change. That's what the 2010 RX 450h requires, I wouldn't think the 350 is any different.
