Does anyone use the leather cleaner and conditioner products sold by Lexus dealers? I want to keep my leather looking good in my new RX 350. I know there are a number of other leather care products available, so any advice is appreciated.

No, I've used these Blue Magic cleaner and conditioner products for years. When my daughter hired a professional to detail her Mustang, this is what he used. I like them.

kmar, I'd suggest reading through this thread all about Lexus leather. There are plenty of recommendations in there too.
