Unhappy My Last RX Wash...

It's a bitter sweet moment but the time has come for me to wash our RX F-Sport one last time before we part ways for the new NX F-Sport this Monday.

This also means I will inherently move on to focus on the NX Forum and contribute to that new and exciting community.

I have made acquaintances - my family away from family - in this great 3RX Forum - AndyL, raylor4, rogerh00, Cruiter to name a few and even met our moderator kitlz (Anita) in NJ who is a consistent quality voice in this forum.

I'll still pop in but I'll leave you for now, with some final pics, since as Anita keeps telling us, "pics are mandatory!"

Bittersweet The RX-F is looking fantastic. But I'm sure you're stoked to pick up the NX. Good luck and definitely let us know how you like it. Thank you for keeping the 3RX forum lively. Your enthusiasm is infectious. Our loss, the NX forum's gain. You'll have to institute the 'pictures are mandatory' rule over there, LOL! But the door is always open if you want to come back. Maybe the 4RX will be too tempting

Enjoy the NX!

Thanks Anita. I've already instituted the "mandatory pic" line in a few posts as I got this from you a long time ago!

4RX, even a CPO 3RX in the future - anything is possible since I love Lexus and have been blessed in being able to own them over the years.

Thanks Ray. I feel it's just the right (respectful) thing to do in giving back Lexus their vehicle in the best possible "like-new" condition as they gave it to me two years ago. And no snow/rain for the next few days!

I bet you're going to miss her. Someone's going to get a sweet RX.

You better come back on occasion because you probably know more about the RX than most of us.

I'll be watching for your great reviews of your new NX since it may be my next car unless the new 4RX is a knockout.

Joe, I'm sure your enthusiasm will continue as you discover all the new features and manners of the NX . And they will benefit from your participation as we have here in the RX community.

You've not left tho, you're just adding a new Lexus to your car history. Feel free to drop back in here and share your 'comparison' experiences .

Enjoy the miles and miles of asphalt the NX will carry you on.

Yes, I agree with what others here have stated. Your comments are always insightful and helpful. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and advice these last two years. I suspect many of us here would be interested in hearing your perceptions regarding the NX and how it compares to the 3rd gen RX. We love our RX but it is a bit on the large (and tall) size for just my wife and I, so an NX might even be in our future.

Thanks again.

Doug

All, appreciate the warm comments.

The RX works so well (heck, like many of you, we've owned not just one) that the NX will have its work cut out to fill into big brother's shoes! I'll be sure to post a comparison after a few days of ownership.

Thanks again and I'll still be around (I can't let go of this forum )

As exciting as it is to pick up a new vehicle it's always bitter-sweet when turning in a vehicle you still like and are happy with..

I'm sure you'll be happy with the NX.. Best of luck..

I picture you surrounded by paparazzi as you accept delivery of your new baby.
