Unhappy 2011 RX350 humming noise from rear

My 2011 RX350 has good Michelin Premier LTX with 8-32 threads at rear but, around 50+ mph speed humming noise starts. Car don't have any pull or vibrations, just annoying humming noise, any suggestion or advice will greatly appreciated.

When did you start noticing the noise? Do you only have the LTX tires in the rear and a different tire upfront? What are the specs of the vehicle all-wheel drive? Mileage? does the noise occur on all types of pavement or just certain ones? I have the LTX on my GM truck and certain pavements are very quiet and others are more noisy.

Have you checked your tire pressures?

Thanks afpj & RX, all tires are same, 118,000 miles - noise coming from rear on all roads. Tire pressure are good on all tires.

If AWD, when did you change the differential fluids, specifically the rear? Otherwise you might have to jack up the rear ,(if 2wd) and spin the wheels by hand to feel/hear for grinding or other noises indicating a bearing issue.

RX is not unknown to have wheel bearing issues, especially if the vehicle is high mileage. If you don't see any cupping/feathering/deformations on the tire, or feel any unevenness when running your hand flat across the tread of the tire, I think the more likely explanation is a wheel bearing issue that is becoming apparent.
