2013 RX450h strange noise issue

Hi everybody! New happy owner of a used 2013 RX450h here. Very happy about the vehicle so far. There's one thing that I've noticed on it though and it's been driving me a little bit crazy

When the RIGHT turn light is on, there is a very high-pitched noise ~10-12Khz
(based on this audio test here

) that happens simultaneously with periods when the light is ON. It does not happen every time though, but approximately 25% of the time.

Does this found familiar to anyone?

No clue, you'll have to go to the dealer.
