After reading about how to customize the settings, especially the door locks, in this great forum, I headed out to the garage to find the option is grey and can't be accessed. Is this normal for this year, or am I missing something? Thanks for this and for all the other things I found.

What year is your RX?

mikeserm, most of the programmable features requires that the RX be turned on, not on accessory mode. I'm pretty sure that hasn't changed through the years. And make sure you hit save on the bottom.
