Recent Enform issues
Has anyone else been having recent problems with the Lexus Enform app? Over the past 4 days, the app simply shuts itself down on my phone and in turn, looses it's connection to the vehicle.
I'm in a 2014 RX350, and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3. I uninstalled the app, and re-downloaded it again.
Anyone else dealing with anything similar?

I've been talking with Lexus Help over the past couple of weeks on this form of problem:
Enform worked well on my Casio C771 (Android 2.3.3) phone - until I downloaded the updated Android app (posted to the world around 4/2/2014).
The new app won't let me log in - continually giving me this response:
Unable to process your request. Please try again later.
I received a call from a very nice and helpful lady who informed me that despite the fact that the last version worked on my phone, the current version has not been tested on my phone - and there is no way for me to go back to the prior version.
So...
...it looks like I must purchase a new phone.
I did very much enjoy the app - especially Bing - which allowed me to search for places of interest while moving - and it allowed me to search for places on my phone, and then send the directions to the car's nav system.
Oh, and one more thing:
The app for iPad won't load on my ancient iPad 1 (it requires IOS greater than my iPad will support).
I suppose I need a new iPad too.
(Only 27 more posts from me to go - until I'm no longer nagged with the "gotta post 30 msgs" msg when I log on.)
I sure miss the Enform suite.

I use it on my iPhone 5 and am not experiencing any problems. I use it every day.

I have used it a few times on my new 2015 RX. It seems to work fine, but my iPhone 5s really heats up when using Pandora. Yelp also works well. Haven't made much use of the other apps yet.

I have a Galaxy S4 phone, and the same thing happened to me - Enform just quit working. However, I had recently installed a major software update from Samsung, so I wonder if that was the problem. I reinstalled Enform and so far so good. Only problem now, the phone screen on the car (RX 2013) no longer displays and reads out text messages. The phone works fine through the system. Looking for answers on this one.
