Came home yesterday to find out that the RX was side swiped in the parking lot. The whole passenger side from rear bumper to front wheel well / front bumper area and both doors has a continuous scratch. There were traces of their black bumper on my RX. From what I see, it had to be a truck cos of the height of the scratch. Taking it to the auto body shop today to see if it can be buffed out (highly doubt it tho).

I have pics, but don't know how to get them uploaded via a mobile phone.

Somebody backed into our GX at the mall, when it was only two weeks old. Fortunately, our salesman got the body shop at Lexus to fix it for $260.
Hope the buffing works.

Wow that sucks. Good to hear it was taken care of.

Went to the body shop yesterday and they think it will buff out or be barely noticeable. It'll cost about $120-150. Otherwise the other option is to paint half of the RX. Fingers crossed.

Went to picked up the RX today after work. Got there and they said go and take a look, you can barely see it if you look carefully. I went out to take a look and couldn't see it at all. It was in the sun and looked at multiple angles. It's like new again!! These guys are amazing. If you are in the so. cali area go to this shop: First Class Auto Body, ask for Oscar (310) 997-0344. Used them a few times in the past too and they have not let me down. It's a family run business (Father and 3 sons).

t2010rx, glad to hear the body shop was able to fix the damage. It sounds like they were able to buff it out.
