I think everyone may be missing the point of the post.

I don't think it was about the missing gums or cable or else the poster would have asked for $10.00 and it would have fixed everything. I think it is the conviction of the poster that if there was someone at the dealership that would "steal" gum then management needed to be alerted so that it did not escalate into "stealing" more valuable customer possessions.

I may be wrong but it seems the poster was just trying to save someone else from losing things other than gum. Otherwise it does appear rather odd that someone would be so upset about such a minor loss.

I always remove the Ipod but leave the charger, just to remove temptation.

I always remove the steering wheel from my RX...for some odd reason it never gets serviced or cleaned

I suggest you contact Lexus Corporate. Their phone and email are HERE. Hopefully they can help with your concern.

As an aside, I don't recommend you contact Lexus via our new forum here on Club Lexus, as the people responding there are US-only and would not be able to assist you in Kuwait.
