Did they perform an alignment after they were done? It is mandatory if suspension work had been done.
Although, I just did an alignment on my IS300 and it wasn't that far off stock spec after new struts, lowering springs, lower ball joints and lower control arms were replaced.

The alignment was not mandatory, but I took advice from another thread and had it done. I previously had the alignment done in March....to me it was piece of mind.
