Update: I bought the Curt Hitch Part Number 13143. for my 2013 Lexus RX 450h and installed without any issue.
This forum was very helpful.
experience from my end..
- Temporary removing the muffler was difficult for me, very time consuming.
- if you want a snug fit, you don't need to cut 4 1/2 inches wide, about 3 1/2 inches wide is more than enough
