I saw those clear mats when i was in the market for mats. I opted not to get them because they look and might possibly be the same material that i use to protect my carpet under my work desk.
I highly suggest either the Husky floor liners or Weathertech liners.
The spider cargo net is a good idea to secure smaller items that might roll around.

We carry Lloyd Protector Mats that are clear and protect your carpeting while allowing them to show through. Husky liners and WeatherTech liners will offer more protection but will cover up your carpeting and are a bit more expensive.

As for the clear protector mats,
Make sure you order the " protector" for the clear protector mats that protects the carpets that protects the floors.
Kidding aside, how many layers do you need?
Use the existing carpet mats, replace them as needed.

Had them in my 10. I don't care for them because, well , they look kinda cheap and hard to keep in place. I'm going with the all weather mats this time. They look pretty nice with my black interior.

If the clear mats are of the same material as the one used under an office chair, the plastic is generally hard and will be slippery when wet. Also, visually for me, they don't do it for me.
So I agree with the posts above to skip these, but on the spider net

I know Lexus would not recommend unless they were pinned down like the factory ones....I always notice that the default Priority Service check at the dealer is "check securement of mats so we don't get sued again"...lol

The spider cargo net is useful. I have one both on the RX350 and RAV4 EV.
