Didn't think the new RX have a dipstick for the transmission fluid.

I had a BMW e39 before (5 Series) and the dipstick on the M54 6 cylinder engine is next to impossible to remove without first giving it a twist. Its as if the dipstick siezes up when it's not touched for some time.
