I have a 2010 Rx450h with toureng package and was wondering if it's possible to add Parking Sensors along with Blind spot monitoring mirrors as well as a button to press to automatically close the side mirrors?

I'm looking to make the mods seem OEM including the BSM which shows the alerts in the side view mirror. If there's a way to add rear cross traffic alert would be bonus!

Wasn't aware there was a Touring Package, but sure, you can add all of that to your RX450h and get it to look OEM. It is going to cost you a bundle to purchase all the bits and pieces, modify your existing vehicle, and install. Intuitive Parking Assist, for example, was an option for your year vehicle. What was perhaps a $500 option when new will cost many times that in parts to change out what is needed. For example, you will need new front and rear bumpers designed for Park Assist and its sensors. Here is an example rear bumper from CL sponsor Sewell Lexus of Dallas:

Your best path is to just purchase a vehicle with those features already present. Everything will work as intended without the headaches.
