Scroll to it with the button on your steering wheel and turn it off.

This is what it says in the 2014 Owner's Manual:

The volume of the beeps, turning on or off of the display, etc. can be set.

I've gotten used to it pulling into the garage since for me it is a tight fit. What about putting in neutral? If I remember correctly that shuts it off and then you don't have to listen to it while sitting in line, and also won't have to remember to turn it on when needed.

Here are the settings on our 2014 RX related to park assist:

Front parking sensor range
NARROW / *WIDE*

Rear parking sensor range
NARROW / *WIDE*

Mute parking sensor when stationary for more than 3 sec.
YES / *NO*

Parking sensor beep volume
1 / 2 / *3* / 4 / MAX

Activate parking sensors in neutral (N)
*YES* / NO

Enable front parking sensors when in reverse (R)
FRONT / *FRONT CORNER* / OFF

Enable rear parking sensors when in neutral or forward gear
REAR / REAR CORNER / *OFF*
The "Mute parking sensor when stationary for more than 3 sec." may be what you are looking for.

Could the mute after 3 seconds be specific to Nav? I have Display Audio only and the manual does not show this option. Also went thru the settings and mine only shows near/far, no mute feature.

The 3-sec mute setting in Carista works OK on my 2011 RX350.

I am really happy to hear that the park assist can be muted. The way our garage is laid out the storage area is off to the side, so the garage bays are not much deeper than the length of the car.

We had an RX as a loaner for a few days and it's like having a really dramatic passenger saying "you're gonna hit the house. You're gonna hit the house! YOU'RE GONNA HIT THE HOUSE! HOLY CRAP YOU'RE HITTING IT!!! Oh we're fine? Ok."

Default Parking assist

Is there a way to keep the warning signal from beeping when I go through a drive-through?
