I think you are correct, if you have the ML pen holder. I think the Premium Audio version will only hold Bic pens.

On a less serious note, I am surprised that dealers have not picked up on this and included a dealer imprinted pen in the holder as part of the vehicle delivery process. Do other Lexus models include this feature?

Actually a neat idea. Proves that Lexus have somebody on the interior design staff who noticed that one struggles to find a pen if you have spotted a car on the highway you must add to your collection and you need to jot the registration down.
But in some markets a holder for an AK47 might come in more handy.

something to dig a nasty nail out of a tyre.

Yeah, I noticed that too. $58K+ for a car and not even a plastic pen with the dealer information on it (e.g. call this number for service) ... the ones we get from hotel/motel/cruise ships must be 5 cents each

And no, it will not hold Mont Blanc or Watermen pens because they are too fat (I have several fountain pens and ballpoint pens from them).

The LS430 has the pen holder on the inside of the glove box door.
The LS400 had it in the (much smaller) owner's manual leather cover.

I put my Air Pressure Gauge in the slot and it fits fine.

I like that idea. Mine is a round gauge with a short hose so I don't think it would work.
