Can I have Rear Bumper Guard with trailer Hitch??
I currently have the stainless steel rear bumper installed. Can I still add the trailer hitch to hold bikes?

Would have to see your stainless bumper guard to know for sure but the hitch is below the bumper.

I just looked a eBay and saw some of the 3rd party tubular guards on the RX.
If yours is the tubular type I saw, I think it WILL get in the way of a hitch.

I currently have this one here.

Does the screws holes fit on top of this? Or, can you point me one rear bumper bar that fits the hitch and therefore put a bike mount?

This is the bumper guard I have on my rx450 with a curt trailer hitch. I CAN utilize the hitch still with the guard on. Depending on your type of bike rack you'll need atleast 4 inches of space so it does not hit the guard. They do however sell "hitch extenders" for these types of issues.
