Default 2014 RX350 Wiper/Washer

Anyone else experience less than stellar wiper/washer performance? I've had the nozzles replaced with the +2degree ones so it's shooting higher but still finding the need to use excessive fluid to get the road junk (road salt) of the windshield. There's always seems to be a spot near the bottom of the windshield where the wipers cross. Cleans well when stopped, but on the road, really problematic.

I find them better cleaning overall than my past CT and current IS but yes at speed, performance decreases as with other cars though.

Yeah, I suppose. Coming from my old vehicle with great wiper/washer perf. on the road so maybe just something to get used too. Gonna try some other wipers and see how it goes. Almost seems the washer pump is a little weak or the spray pattern is too narrow horizontally to cover the windshield. I did notice the same when we test drove before buying so don't think it's just me

I find mine to spray too low when on the freeway, leaving the top of the windshield dry and dirty. Works fine when stopped so it may indeed be the pressure is too low for the effective spray at speed. I'll take this up with the dealer.

I finally got a chance to use my wiper/washer now that we got a little rain in California. It seemed the windshield got very clean but the upper end of the sprayer hit about mid-windshield. I was on city streets but maybe the thought is that when moving at higher speeds the spray will hit higher up.

not the best design for sure. oem wiper/arm works better than others but the placement of the washer nozzle being placed inside the cowl cover low in the windshield always gets blocked with snow. not sure why they didn't place it on top of the hood or integrate into wiper arm like all others.

I just picked up my 2011 rx350 and the nozzels are worthless! My LS430 is a rock star by comparison. If barely comes up halfway to windshield. What kind of crap is that?

I came back from a long trip last weekend, and required a full bottle of washer fluid. It was windier than usual and on the highway, the wide and low spray pattern of the fluid lends to poor cleaning of the upper half of the windshield. The wind just bogged down the spray and barely hit the lower half of the windshield.

Had to use our wipers today as it is raining at a goog clip in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We noticed that the right one is fine, but the left one splatters the water and leaves an arc in a backwards "C" on the window.

Is this normal?
Does it have to do with the curvature of the window?
Or should the left wiper be replaced?

I am missing the rain sensing wiper option. It wasn't available with the packages/options that came with my vehicle.

I noticed that we have the same installed options, except they charged me $81 for wheel locks, but threw in the folded cargo net.
