Default Below zero causing 2012 to squeel

Enjoying some nice below zero weather in Chicagoland. Getting a bit of a squeel for the first couple of miles from my 2012. I think it may be a belt. Anyone else experiencing this?

There's a plastic cover on the bottom (outside) of the windshield that has been squealing on mine. I was worried it was the windshield at first.
