cant change to trip a - odo not working

Got oil changed on 2011 Rx 350. Went to reset oil maintenance light by hitting odo to trip and nothing happens. The buttons next to odo that allow you to adjust the display lights won't work either. Checked a few fuses but none seem blown. Any ideas? Thank you

Did you get an auto start system install? If so they didn't plug the cord back in, simple fix.
