I got an offer for a DEMO 2013 RX350 Fsport, with 3100 miles. The dealer is asking 45000, this is before TTYL and the Lexus incentive. Is this a good deal or should I try to avoid demo vehicle?

First, it depends on all the options that are on the vehicle. With the financing incentives going on now, it appears people have received $5,000 off a new 2013 model. So you may want to consider that in your decision.
As far as demo's go, that's a bit tricky as you never know who was actually driving it (just like with any other used car); however, with only 3100 miles on it, I wouldn't worry about it. Are they offering it as a CPO? There has been discussion on CPO on a fairly new vehicle. Since this is a 2013 with low mileage, they wouldn't need to offer it as CPO since it has full warranty left on it. CPO just adds to their cost (and yours).

Yeah with current incentives, which include a mailer that some dealerships have sent out to previous Lexus owners, and the $2,000 dealer cash, you can get close to 5k off a 2014 model RX.

so this is what I got from them

it is a fully loaded with BSM, Nav with PA. Premium audio. They said the MSPR is 52,290. It is being sold as new. The current offer is 44,680 before the 2000 Lexus finance.

With very low milage (3100) it can't be a CPO.
AND that's savings for you.
However, i wouldn't buy any car "NEW" with more than 20 miles on it.

You'll find a better deal with a NEW RX, that's actually NEW.

Demos are sold as new, as they have never been titled to another owner, so the warranty starts at the day of sale. And that's why current promos apply to it, while they wouldn't to a CPO.

I owned a loaner Toyota vehicle in the past. Got a good deal and it served me well. Seems like a decent deal. I would try to get it down to 42K before promotions.

Be sure you drive it before you buy and also drive and compare to a non "F-Sport". I love my 2013 RX350 (non F Sport). The F-Sport is tighter sprung and slightly rougher ride. Compare before you buy.
