2013 RX 350 HID kit review---My opinion

No, I don't play soccer!
H11 sounds right. I bought LED bulbs from VLEDS last year as well. But I'm liking the Philips more. For DRLs, I have another halogen bulb from Litech. My installer put them in for me three years ago when I had the fog lights changed to HIDs (since removed). The Litechs are not quite as yellow as the OE bulb but super bright white when I turn on the high beam. Also when the bulb is off it gives off a blue hue in the housing. I also tried Putco, way too yellow for me. So I stayed with the Litechs.

ericsan13: Glad you're happy with 5000k It's a nice way to go, to maintain useable light output and get rid of "yellowish".
If you're looking at halogen bulbs, you may want to look at Osram Night breaker plus bulbs. They are surprisingly brighter than stock, and operate at the same wattage.

To install the HID kit, is it necessary to drill a hole into the dust cover for the RX 350? I have MY 2013 but did not get the comfort package so I have halogens but want to switch to HIDs. I searched in this forum but couldnt find an install tutorial or thread.
