Default parking sensor wiring repair

We recently bought a used 2010 rx350. We didn’t know it when we bought it - but it apparently should be wired for parking assist. It had some front bumper repair in past. Their is a hole where the right front parking sensor should be installed. I see I can easily order that on eBay. But the bigger problem is they cut the wiring harness with the plug to go into the sensor. Would it be possible to splice a new connector onto the cut wiring or would it require an entire new harness (which we won’t bother with). If I can splice it - where can I find the correct connector? Any ideas? If I can’t do this reasonably cheap I will just be finding a plug to fill the hole in the bumper.
