What did you do to your THIRD Generation RX today?

No, I don't play soccer!
Very nice Ray. I remember a while back another member blinged out the start button on her RX. Haven''t seen the Lexus emblem done before. I like. BTW, regarding the pictures posting twice, it looks like a link for the first and attached an image on the second. Not sure why I happened but at least it's finally there.

Bye-Bye DVDs in the car...
Moved into the modern tablet-era for kids' movie viewing during trips, thanks to this neat tablet holder I got today and installed in 2 mins. No wires and Bluetooth streaming to the ML... and when we're not out on trips, just pop out the headrest and remove the entire unit.

Amazon.ca (for me Canada), but found it on amazon.com as well, got it in just 2 days from the time I submitted the order.
Although the mount/tablet was physically super easy to setup, my personal challenge was figuring out an all-encompassing and robust and easy DVD transfer and digital movie viewing solution for the vehicle. I can only imagine there are some folks like me who would like to convert, but may not have the techy know-how or time. I'll post a separate thread on the solution that works for me

Clutchless, can you tell me the model # for the spacers? I'd like to get these on my 11 RX's stock 18s

I washed it, cleaned and dressed the tires, took a clay bar to it, polished it, and put Opti Coat 2.0 on it. Then I vacuumed it, cleaned the windows, cleaned and sealed the leather, and polished the tail lamps. Then I did pretty much the same to my IS...

Looks fantastic JDR76! I pretty much did the same as you today. Well, washed/waxed/vacuumed! We had heavy rains last week here in So Cal so, "Thump" was as dirty as he's ever been. All better now!

JDR76, your RX looks great. How long did it take you? I spend at least 15 hours on a full detail. It's definitely a two day job and I'm totally whipped by the end. Somehow you managed to do two cars in one day. BTW, post a picture of the IS or it didn't happen

With a lot of pre-setup and work, it took about 6 hours on the RX, and 4 on the IS.
