Yes, Feb 12th.

No incidents, and Toyota wants to play it safe on the voluntary recall.

Toyota will update the skid control ECU software on certain 2012 Toyota RAV4, 2012-2013 Toyota Tacoma, and 2012-2013 Lexus RX 350 models in order to address an electronic circuit condition that can cause the Vehicle Stability Control, Anti-lock Brake, and Traction Control functions to intermittently turn off. If these systems are off, standard braking operation remains fully functional.

I put the rubber inserts back on the roof bars (VT trip over - roof box no longer needed) and programmed the rolling code on my garage door opener to work with the homelink button on rear view mirror.

Installed H&R Trak+ wheel spacers, as mentioned in a prior thread. It feels more planted and body roll feels less with the wider track. Next to add the F-Sport front suspension dampener cross bar.

This is Day-50.

Finally took the Dealer Registration Sticker off the front window.
Read the manual for the third time and decided "That's it, if I don't get it by now, it is a lost cause". Stored that manual with its black case in the "Secret Compartment".

Hubby Websailor is still reading the Navigation Manual so that one is still out.

Wiped off some of the pollen from the back window.
LOL ... this morning, hubby and I were seriously discussing whether we should
park it outside in the rain so it could get a bath.

Learning a lot from this forum. Thank you all.

Looks great! I went with suntek carbon 35 on my other car and I still wish I went darker. Your parents shouldn't have any issues seeing out at night. On my RX I even went over all the dark factory glass in the rear and have no issues what so ever. My parents can see too and their in their fifties.

Default Just an Oil Change...

All these nice clean RX's. I can't wait for winter to depart. -14 degrees F again this morning.

Appointment today at my nearby Toyota Dealer for an oil change, 50,000 'inspection'. $40 out the door w/ Toyota 0W20 Synthetic and Toyota filter.

They asked if they could defer the included wash as it's too cold!

I celebrated the missing snow storm by taking my RX to the car wash. I can actually see it sparkle and tell its true color.

Yeah, from 12 inches to nothing. We have our neighbors to the north to thank for that. Cold air pushed the storm south. So it was more like what I didn't do to the RXh yesterday.

Well you can't say we sent it 'UP' to you this time . You sent the cold down to us. I just stayed in, didn't even leave the house yesterday, both cars sleeping quietly in garage doing their gas purges together .

Default Bling Photo 4th try

Here's the bling my wife got for Christmas.
Could my problem with posting pictures be because I'm re-titling the file?
Ray

Don't know why it's there twice.
