^ ^ ^ Congrats Anita. I'm a little over half that in km so in miles I'm about only @ 10k.

So what did I do today with the car? Packed luggage and my family in it and drove 600 km to Montreal to visit family for the weekend.

Hope this helps. I did not see the first part of this topic.

Washed mine today after 3 months of neglect

Waxed with a quick coat of Megs #16 to see me through the next 3 months hopefully! Took about 3 hours in total and my hands are still cold from 4 hours ago!

Looks great rayaans. I'm about to head out myself to wash the RXh. At least it's 40 degrees today instead of 20 like last weekend. Hope your fingers warm up soon.

Mounted my front plate today. I didn't really want to mount a front plate, but I don't really want to get a ticket over it ether. I can easily remove it if It bugs me!

The mount looks discreet and allows more of the front end styling to show. Can you share DIY details. Like to try it also

I started designing my own plate mount, but decided instead to use a Skene front plate mount.

I really didn't want to mount any plate and made sure the dealer didn't mount the factory plate mount when I bought the rx. My design would have worked fine, but the Skene mount allows for more vertical positions to choose from. I like the way it looks and it doesn't take away the clean lines of the front bumper IMOP!

I just put my plate on today too. I just used the mounting bracket that they gave me and mounted it to the bumper. I figured they already had the dimples in the bumper for mounting so I used them. It doesn't bother me to have the plate on the bumper.

I think like you, most aren't too concerned about the location of their front plate, but I've always been a bit "fussy" about those things! I made a custom tow hook plate mount for my Mini Cooper not wanting to ruin the look of the bumper lines, and with the wife's ride, we run without a front plate all together. We'll deal with the ticket if and when it comes. I'm on the road a lot more then she, and travel places that security might demand I have a front plate to enter. So, I felt had to mount the plate! I can remove the plate if I end up not liking it. Had I mounted the factory plate mount, I'd be stuck with it!

It was a quick one! No polishing or decontamination - Just went out and washed and a quick coat of wax!
