XM info not updating

Default XM info not updating

When I am listening to XM Radio and I'm at the screen that shows artist and title the information frequently doesn't change when the song changes (I have the nav system).
If I change stations and then change back then it will update the song/artist data but not if I just leave it on the same station.
Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks. But I did this recently because XM isn't the most organized company in the world and IRS still happening. Not all h time but fairly frequently.
At first I thought it might have been an XM thing but my other cars almost never seem to have this problem.

On the XM systems. You will see all types of problems. Mostly it is your car set up. Some systems show the whole name of the song. Whereas the Lexus only has the first 10 characters. Things like that.

Anyways, Whenever I have any issue. Like poor reception. I do a refresh to the receiver.

Gets rid of almost all of the issues. And you can do it online. Without calling the worthless XM Customer service.
