I used a hair dryer to soften the adhiesive and picked at a corner till it starts to come up. It takes a little bit to get started but once it starts if comes off quickly. It gets hot for your fingers so I used an ovglove once I got it started. After I got it off I used Goof Off to remove any adhiesive left behind. This time I also went over it with a steamer to blend the fabric back. This was the first time with the steam and it worked out nice. So if you have a steamer give it a try otherwise you really don't need that step.
