Contemplating trading '05 to '10 or '12.

Looking for AWD w/NAVI with less than 40k mi. What's a fair price to pay for a 2010 RX350?
Back in '07, we paid for our '05 30,500 incl tax&tags.

What kind of a price difference would be to go 2012?

We just bought 2010 rx 350 with 17k miles. Dealer certified (not lexus certified). Same as lexus certified, but only catch is we can only take the car to the dealer for warranty repairs.

I have seen 2010s down to asking price of 32-33K certified. Figure $29-30K without certified and 31-33K with. This is average 2010 with like 35K miles

29-30 for an AWD with Navi? that's like 31.5-32K OTD and this is what i am kind of looking out for.

Yes, I just saw one for $29500 at a local Dodge dealer. They will probably ask for about $31-32K, but 2K off on the car is standard. They asked for $40K on my car when I bought it, it came down to $35.5K six weeks later....
