At what outside tempearture will the heated wipers icon appear on the nav climate

At what outside tempearture will the heated wipers icon appear on the nav climate

control screen as shown in the manual? I assume it only appears aa a selectable option when it is cold enough outside.

I dont think that is an option on US spec RXs. It would be for the windshield de-icer function, perhaps on Canadian models

Canadian model have the windshield wiper de-icer function, but there is no indicator for when to turn it on on the Nav screen. There is a button on the bottom dash at the right under steering wheel and a button on climate control screen on the Nav.

Never used it yet, even during freezing rain, it is quicker to just break the wiper free when scraping the windshield and then let a shot of windshield cleaner take care of the rest.
