Default $33k for 2010 AWD w/ navigation ... too good to be true?

I been searching for a 2010 RX350 for a long time now. I really want a CPO but they are in the $36-$40k range which I can not afford. I probably found a 2010 RX350 with less than 30k miles for $33k. Is this too good to be true? What kind of things should I check for when I test drive the car?

Take it to a mechanic for inspection. At the very least verify the warranty maintenance has been done because you have at least 18,000 miles of warranty left.

That sounds like a good price. If the original tires are still on it they will need to be replaced soon, so be prepared for that.

That's does sound unusually low. Are there a lot of miles on it?

I think that may be the going price. I'm looking at one at that price right now only not AWD.

No I did not buy that one. The color was not my first choice but I bought another one from Napleton.
I did speak to Diamond Motor Works sales person over the phone and he was pretty firm on price.

I just sold my 2010 AWD RX 350 w/nav 44000 miles for 27000 on autotrader. It took 12 weeks!

Thats much lower than even the trade-in estimates on Edmunds, KBB, NADA etc. I asked one of the dealers about the average going price in auction and he told me that it was between 29,500- 32,000.
I am surprised that it took so long at such an excellent selling price.

Dealer offered me $25,000. Ridiculous! They had similiar one, with similar miles, on showroom floor for $37995
