Thinking of buying a left over 2012 RX?

Correct on AFS. It's gone on the 2013 -- both RX350 and 450h.
On folding side mirrors... You need to be a bit more specific what you're looking for. Standard mirrors can be manually folder in. I'm not aware of any change to the 2013 in that regard for either RX. However, if what you want are power folding mirrors, those come only with the premium or luxury packages and are auto-dimming as well.

...ooohhhh, then as GoHuskers says, I wouldn't let 5 measly HP stop me from being very serious on pulling that 450h trigger. Put your foot on the floor with the AWD and you'll do better than most rides out there when all three engines kick-in, and save a bunch of fossil fuel the rest of the time.

I bought one about April 14 at Prestige and they were terrific,,I did not want nav..and I got 1.9% which is dirt cheap money in 4 years,,,I guess .9% is even better...Prestige was good to me and a straight shooter deal, I even had an Acura MDX 2011 to trade and the treatment was superb,,,if interested in your list of dealers I can provide you the sales rep name..good luck to you

One more thing to consider is that 2012 has a 0.9 interest rate (60 months - free money), and the 2013 doesn't
That could mean a extra 2-4 thousand over the life of the loan.
So while the two are about 2,500 apart in price for most West Coast buyers, and about 1,000 apart for most East Coast buyers,a buyer can save a extra 2-4 thousand more with the 0.9% interest rate (over 60 months) they could only get with the 2012 RX.
Same with leases, since the 2012 RX have a lower lease interest number.
Decisions decision decisions

I had an Acura MDX 2011 trade in...but I do know my numbers pretty well and these guys really treated me in a very fair way...the price of the 2012 RX MSRP was $45,940hat price they reduced to $42,300 plus they added bodyside molding, remote start and mudflaps....the RX had Backup camera,heated/ventilated seats intuitive park assist, premiun package wood leather wheel and **** door edge guards cargo mat, cargo net, wheel lock, and keyfob leather glove...my trade in was$31,500...these people will treat you fairly in my opinion, I want the lowest possible and they have to make a profit..somewhere in the middle we met...I am very happy...good luck

Right, most US ordered cars had in the past, and now have the premium package, providing leather interior, etc. The 2013 version tweaked what comes with the premium package from what we knew in the 2012. The luxury package includes what's in premium, plus additional items.

Just as a point of clarification, the power outside mirrors on both the 2012 and 2013 Premium Package option on the RX 350 refers to the movement of the mirror itself moving right, left, up, and down. Additionally, the mirror housing can be hand positioned and folded near the body of the car. To include the ability to power retract the mirror and housing to the side of the body in areas of tight fit, you need to order the luxury package option.

In addition to Paul B's latest explanation, I stand by my belief that the power folding mirror capability is part of both the premium and luxury packages on the 2013s. The present Lexus.com pricing and options page shows this, as does the press release spec sheet indicating the new folding capability was added to the premium package while also stating the luxury package contains everything in "premium" plus others. ...Gqscholar, simply want to be sure you don't leave the discussion believing you have to buy the luxury package for this folding mirrors option, when premium has it too saving you some bucks if you don't need the additional items.
