I took delivery of a 2013 Rx 450h AWD last Friday (08-Jun-12) in Houston. No discount, no special financing from Lexus (although their deal with Chase beat the credit union - 2.9% for 60 months). They did "throw in" window tint and pin stripe. It has Premium, Comfort, Tow Prep, Accessory pkgs, hitch and receiver, HID, 12 spkr audio, 19" wheels, HUD, Nav, Park Assist, remote start, door edge guards, cross bars, spider net, a couple other small things; Obsidian / gray. MSRP $59,432 and that's what I had to pay for it...less trade difference. I got them to up the trade-in value by $1500 when I showed them the CarMax quote.
AND I forgot to mention earlier that the dealer did give me 2 years/20,000 miles free maintenance!

discount on 2013?
I purchased a pre-ordered 201 RX450h with several options on it including Navigation. No discount on the price of the car, but I did manage to get the side moldings, mud guards and 70K service included at no additional charge. So, in essences, I got just over $2500 off the price.

I looked at the 2013 RX350's but the deals were with the remaining 2012's. I purchased a 2012 RX 350 Tungsten pearl. I got $4800 off and .9% interest with Lexus making my first payment! 19 inch tires. Total sticker price was $49,758. I am happy with my deal out of Rochester NY. I paid $44958.00!

US Open Lexus
July 2012: Bought 2013 RX350 with NAV and F Sport appearance; MSRP $48,800.
A story: Lexus leased a number of RX350 and other SUV's to US Open Golf Tournament in May 2012. They drove ~ 300 miles each. Now they are available at least 3 dealerships in Bay Area, California (I personally went to Stevens creek, Concord and Fremont).
Whats good is because they are now officially 'used', I was able to get my RX350 @ $44,100, so its below Dealer's invoice!
I also bought extra warranty for 7 years/100K miles and altogether I paid just lil over $50K.
No negotiations, ho haggling.
I am sure these US Open SUV's are still available in Bay Area.

I just got off the phone with Lexus of Akron/Canton, Ohio - I asked for a Deep Blue Mica AWD 2013 Lexus with Nav, parking sensors... 49200...they offered $2000 off. That was flatbed transfer from another dealer. I've always gotten more from Lexus Dealers in Pgh, I am still shopping around

If anyone in Northern California looking to buy a 2013 Lexus then I highly recommend Putnam Lexus in Redwood City, CA. From the begining these guys have given me a competent quote compared to any other dealer in the region. Also, you may already know this but still wanted to say there is always a better scope for more discount if you are buying towards the month end. I recently bought a car from this dealership and am very satisfied with the whole experience. There are couple of nice sales guys that have helped me and my other friends score good deals.

Only one is needed. Did you test drive FWD and AWD before you decided? If you did do you notice AWD feel much slower or just a bit slower? I wonder if they're going to make f-sport AWD too or just FWD?
