Alpy64, I agree, TPMS is not a substitute for checking your tire pressure. But it's an additional layer of protection. For me it's worked detecting a slow leak caused by the a rim weight and a nail in one tire.

OK, im new, Some A-hole totaled my Z, so I am now an 08 IS250 owner Ive searched all these TPMS ?'s post and threads and haven't found my answer. Does the 08 IS250 show the actual tire pressure of each tire, asking bc my Z did. Ive been playing with the car buttons and all I can tell is that it would show the low pressure light. I'm wanting to know if there is a way to just go through the options occassionaly and just check the tire pressure? Is this possible?

Sorry to hear about your Z, but welcome to the forum. Most folks in this particular forum are here because of 2010-2014 RX350 and RX450h, so you may not get a useful reply for your 2008 IS250. Suggest you repost your question (or perhaps Anita or one of the other Mods will move this) over to the IS Forum where folks with your ride hang out. (I say that because even on RX, TPMS display is different between say an RX350 and RX450h, so I don't have a clue about specifics on an IS and different model years to help you.) Good luck!
