Default Is there a way to dim the dashboard lights?

I've looked in the owner's manual and I can't seem to find anything on this. I have my windows tinted at 20% to match the back windows, and at night there is a glare on the left side from the dashboard lights that makes it hard to see out the left window. If I could dim the lights it would cut down on the glare.

Not quite. It's a pair of buttons, one labelled "^", and the other, "v", per page 163 in my manual, under "Instrument panel light control buttons".

it is very hard to see those buttons because the steering wheel is in the way. You really have to bend down.

They are left of the steering wheel. For the '10 RX 350 it should be on page 165 in the manual.

Page 163 in my manual, thanks. Odd thing is, when I put it to the lowest setting it looks just as bright. Might be different at night.

There are two settings for brightness depending whether you want the daytime or night time brightness to be different. Changing the setting while the headlights are on, or off, sets it up for night or day.
