Anyway, he's one good director. Have you seen "Town"?
Anyway, back to the topic. I agree that the color has a lot to do with it as well

I see more women driving Hummers and Jacked-up Pickup Trucks then men. If you like it, it shouldn't matter what other people think. Now if it were pink, that would be another story. LOL

Serious answer now, I don't see how you can assign one type of SUV to the women and not say the same for the other crossover like Audi Q5, Nissan Murano, Honda CRV, etc

It's perfect
Several years ago (2003) when it was time for me to retire from the Navy, Jane wanted the RX 300 and we bought one of the last ones as the 2nd gen was on the showroom. We soon learned it was not only a great lux car and could carry most of what I ever did in the truck, it was bullet proof as far as dependable.
Now the RX 450h is filling it's space in the garage and is a great car for anyone with a house that needs a multi-purpose car. And it carries me and my Segway in style
Love it.

My coworkers make fun of me for buying and driving a white rx350. Living in southern California, I'd say 8/10 drivers are women. Doesn't bother me and I love the interior and the ride.

on a different note, this particular car featured in 2 Fast 2 Furious ( driver is Tyrese Gibson) has a broad feminine fan base.. ( Eclipse Spyder)
you can double check with KELLY Blue book if you're not convinced.
