Default Enough room for rear facing baby seat ?

Could anyone tell me if there is enough room - in the rear seat area for a rear facing baby seat ? I would like to make sure it doesn't impede on the front seat room too much ..

Thanks in anticipation.

Yes. No problem. I have a Chicco Key Fit 30 and it fits fine. You can always move the rear seat back further too (it's on rails like the front seats on all cars) if your seat is huge or your passenger wants a lot of leg room.

Dealers should let you try your seat out.

My seat is secured using the latch system, behind the passenger (there is no middle seat latch).

I get my grandkids some and one is in front facing seat and the other is still in the rear facing seat. I put the frt. facing seat behind the riders seat and the rear facing seat in the middle. Normally I drive with the driver's seat pushed almost all the way back, but when the car seat is there I have to move it up a couple of inches to keep the seats from rubbing.

Default Rear-facing Child Car Seat

I have a Sunshine Kids Radian car seat installed in the rear-facing configuration, in the centre of the back seat. The driver's seat is set up for a 5'10" driver, and the passenger seat for a 5'3" passenger. The child car seat fits without touching either of the two front seats.

Enough room in the back seat was the thing we were looking for when we were shopping around for the reason of having enough room for the rear facing car seat. With the seat all the way back, it will touch the car seat. You can either move the seat up an inch or so, or adjust the seat-back angle so it's a little straighter.

So to answer the question, it will not impede on the front seat room too much.

I have a Graco car seat and honestly, we lost a few inches in the front seat.

It's not too uncomfortable, but we're def looking forward to changing it.
