Ouch......even if that pops back out, I doubt the indentation will go away. Plus, plastics don't recover well.

Bumper is very easy to fix if there isn't any cracks. Take the bumper off the car, apply heat on the under side(heat gun), it will pop back to the normal position. If you are not comfortable with using heat gun, please leave it to the pros. Next to think about is the paint work.

From your picture, can't really tell if there are any damages underneath the bumper.

The cost to get it fixed will be probably equal to the deductible on your auto insurance policy ... new bumper cover & paint.

lucky paint didn't chipped. if you don't have a heat gun [make sure it doesn't get to hot if you are using the heat gun], warm the dented area with hair dryer in "high" until it turns hot/soft [hair dryer doesn't get hot enough to burn] and slowly push it out from shallowest area. no need to take the bumper out/off since you can access the area from under or from side. once its out to its original shape, try to "mold" it where there may be some "hard" area with your thumb. Eventually with more heat after the dent is pulled it will begin to shape on its own as it cools down. It is really easier than sound so try it.

honest body shop will repair using the method above and probably not charge you anything but most likely will try to repair using the refinish method. This means painting and color will no longer be same shade and repair will be noticeable.

For an OEM bumper, with paint, you're looking at $1000-$1500.

You should have gotten under the car and pushed it out asap after it happened. After doing that, place the car in the hot sun. It would have disappeared. You can still do this, the auto body shop will use a heat lamp on it.

Thanks for the heads up. I live in the valley of the sun, PHX, where summer temps get to 115. Solar power rules.
