A few mods on my RX350
I recently purchased some parts for my RX350 and I am still debating if I should proceed with more substantial mods on this SUV. I enjoy it being comfortable to drive yet at the same time would like to turn this car into a more sporty and appealing SUV with some wheels, drop and even bodykit to finish it off.
Anyhow, here is a quick of what I have so far:
Electronic throttle controller (sport and eco modes)
Titanium burnt shift **** (CNC machined billet titanium)
Pivot Raizin Volt Stabilizer
LED interior conversion
Magnetic engine oil drain bolt (Neodymium magnet)
K&N High Flow Air filter
6000k D4C and H11 HID Foglights
Super White LED front marker and reverse lights
JDM Emission Decals
Lexus Hybrid Rear Emblem
Any positive comments and constructive feedback are welcomed.
Thanks for looking. =)

WOW!!!
You have Kahunas - when it comes to all the MODS listed and shown. The shifter looks very nice, and the throttle control is very cool. Does it adjust the richness of the fuel and the gear shift at higher RPM rates? Perform well?
Impressive.

Half throttle - 50% open throttle body.
Half throttle with throttle controller in sport - 70% open throttle body.
It makes the car feel peppier because you're essentially getting WOT at 70% pedal (or so). The same purpose would be served by mashing your foot through the firewall every time you needed to accelerate, which I find myself doing a lot seeing as these cars have the smoothest (read:laziest) trans tunes in the world.

The X Men: I always liked the blue hybrid emblem to replace the ordinary chrome emblem.
I know it`s not a hybrid. A few members with the 2nd gen IS have also replaced their chrome emblem with the blue hybrid emblem too. If you are not too familiar, ThinkDesign in Japan makes a range of blue emblems as well (similar look to the Lexus factory hybrid blue) for Toyota and Lexus vehicles. It`s just the cool factory, not trying to pretend to be a hybrid or anything.
smehta: The throttle controller eliminates the electronic lag prominent in drive by wire cars. By putting it in the sport modes, the pedal is more responsive and sensitive. This would then give you the impression that the car is more responsive and reacts faster with less pedal travel. This is exactly what panyo64 is talking about. In the ECO mode, the car`s pedal is less responsive and solve the jack-rabbit start issue if you have a tendency to do so. The throttle controller can also be set to the NOR mode if you want to drive the car as it normally does. Thank you for the compliment about the shifter. Now I want to cover the woodgrain in the interior with carbon fiber vinyl. I gotta find time to do that because it takes alot of patience and attention to detail when applying carbon fiber vinyl.

REtune
Has anybody done a REtune on the RX? A REtune to the Powertrain Control Module, for quicker acceleration and higher revs? PCM For Less provided a "plug in" tune on my GMC Envoy that really helped (along with K&N Cold Air Intake and K&N cone filter). What other performance mods has anybody done?

Toyota ECUs are not. You need to run a piggyback ECU or, if you're ballsy, a standalone. There are a lot of issues because Lexuses are so loaded with tech.
