No cutting or drilling. Just put them on and tighten the bolts

Can you tell me the brand you purchased. I have a 2010 RX350. Is that the same model?

Any chance you could post more pics of your running boards? I've been considering the ones you have or the all black version. My RX is Black Sapphire. Thanks

Definitely jclem!
I think they both will look great on the black sapphire. I'd probably try to match whatever rim color you have.
If my memory is serving me, I think there is a small price difference between them too. Your call bro.

PM me with your email if you need more better pics, cuz CL will only allow pics size from my phone.

the romik brand ones do require cutting of the plastic underneath for a bracket and bolt

Thanks The.wong.k. I was able to get a hold of a installation pdf for romik and Aries and you are right. They require cutting into the rock guard. I am going to check out the one that Sweetboy02 suggested and see (Broadfeet).

Do you have a romik? how you like it and was it hard to install?

Default Broadfeet installation

I just bought the broadfeet side steps. It does not come with any installation instruction. can someone post a picture where are the brackets suppose to mount?

It came with 4 brackets, 2 long brackets for the front and 2 short brackets for the rear, I have no ideal where to put the bolts. These bolts have tab.

Would help me out a lot if i know where are the brackets location.

Thanks

Yup they came with the instruction for the Highlander. I had to call Broadfeet, so they sent me couple pix where to mount, you have to crawl under the car then put the step bar in place then you'll will see where to mount. Took me 3-4 hours to get them in. If you have a second person help much faster because you don't need to hold the "heavy step bar" and bolt them in at the same time. I scratched my back a bit. And MAKE SURE you wear Goggle Glass

PS: You have to mount the bracket in place first

I did exactly what you suggested, I aligned the side steps straight with the front and back doors then placed the brackets where it suppose to mount but no screw holes nearby align with brackets screw hole. Do you have to drill a hole?
Do you still have those pix broadfeet send you? Can you post them?

Thanks
