I do not have remote touch, but had a chance to play with it during test drive. Its operation overall was very sleek and well engineered. Much better than Beemer's iDrive or any other alternatives I've seen. These reviewer are obviously biased or doing this for attention. RX is not the best looking or better performing, but it does very well what it is designed for, in fact I don't see any true competition. As you said, public don't lie.
