Thanks but I'll pass Ernie.

All I could manage was to wash the rims, wheel wells and trim and rinse the RXh yesterday. Snow again. After driving around today on the wet and sometimes icy roads, the 450h is back donning winter wear. And it'll stay that way for a while. There's a chance of snow showers later today, more snow Tuesday and rain on Friday as the temps rise. We'll be swimming by next weekend

Anita, silver doesn't showcase the salt and dirt as much as black sapphire! Another storm coming Monday night. I've given up! I'm trusting that the polyshield will enable my RX to exit the car wash sparkling CLEAN!

^^^ Yeah this winter is brutal. Yesterday morning, my RX (and IS) was filthy like my last post. Yesterday afternoon was sparkling clean. Today, a sprinkle of snow and game over was filthy again after going to the autoshow. No point taking another picture - just see my last post as it looks the same and as if I never washed it.

Sorry forgot to take a pic of my super dirty RX. I couldn't stand to see my RX dirty any longer and commited the crime of taking it to a reputable carwash, with brushes for the first time. It looks great for the most part, but I do have more swirl marks then before. Im not surprised to see them cuz even when the Lexus dealer washes it I get swirls so I could careless now. Plus the car has almost 72k miles on it. I plan to get a exterior detail as soon as spring arrives so it will be back to like new soon.

Shame on you, Sevn86. Just say no to car washes!!

Let's see, last snow fall was Saturday. Three days later, right on schedule, more snow. Just a few inches but enough to make for a sloppy commute. Instead of posting a picture of the exterior, I went with one taken from inside the 450h this morning. You can just imagine how dirty the RXh is after this drive. Here we are getting ready to head down hill

Thread revival. Winter's back - post those dirty RXs!

Sorry, just have baby brother to fulfill the "mandatory pic for each post" requirement!

I was wondering when your NX would see salt and snow. I'm saving mine for tomorrow. Five years and he's a mess

A few pics from this morning. A combo of snow and salt. The 450h is five years old today. Also turned 36K this week

And it feels better than it looks (not!). Won't last though. I'm already planning the wash this weekend.

A game I'm actually qualified to play.
It bugs the crap out of me when it looks like this but what're you gonna do?! If it isn't raining, it's below freezing...

Yes, everyone can play this game. Good thing we don't have a contest about which one is worse though the thought has crossed my mind. Right now I have salt 'icicles' all over the RXh from rain the other day. Will need to post a pic later.

I knew what I was in for when I chose this color, but I love it. It's beautiful on the rare occasions it's clean.
