My M3 (2008) maintenance/repair bills (if without warranty) won't agree with you. A pair of day time running light bulbs goes for $140 without labour for installation (easy install btw). And that is the cheapest parts I can tell you.

HELLO, where did you get this lower bumper for you RX, and how much for the it and for shipping?
