That's too high for a non-AWD vehicle with 50K, even certified.

I'd be looking to spend aound $32K.

This RX350 is AWD new tires and breaks installed and Certified for 100K miles/ 3years from day of purchase(currrently has 53K miles on it).
Delaer is asking for 33K, what's the best price to negotiate?
