If i request to do the 60K maintenance while my car only 50K miles, Will Lexus dealer do it for me? Anything that i should be concerned?

My experience with dealers is if you ask them to do something and are willing to pay then they will do it. Now if you were dealing with BMW they wont do anything maintenance wise unless the car is telling them to or you are willing to pay. My usual oil change between their recommended one they kinda give me a funny look of why am i wanting to pay but ithink 15k miles is too much for an oil change interval.
Moral...i dont think you will have a problem btw love the color of your car.

The thing is I got special offer when i bought the car(5 free maintenance, used 4) this is the last one and i don't want to pay $600-$800 (been told) for 60K maintenance in the future. That's why i asked so .

you might not get it for free (the 60,000 service).
WE tried to do that with our 2011 Toyota Prius where we got a 5 Free maintenace/25,000 miles service.
We decided to skip the 15,000 ( 3rd) hoping that the 30,000 will count as the 5th.
unfortunately, it didn't happen so we have to pay for the 30,000 service and only got 4 of the 5 freebies.
Now, if you're willing to pay out of pocket, let's say an oil change every 5,000 miles, they will gladly do it, but the SA will advice you of the recommended every 10,000 miles/synthetic oil interval.

+1 ... when they said they would do a certain number of maintenance appointments they knew what they were committing to performing. It does not hurt to ask; however unlikely the outcome.

Heheh, Dropped off the car this morning. I was so embarrassing to ask so i just ask for normal 50K maintenance. Free oil change anyway but have to pay $40 for the tire rotation :-p

and i'm pretty sure that a Toyota tech can handle a simple tire rotation even with a Lexus
this is the reason why i do my oil changes at a Toyota Dealership, the same place where we have all our other cars serviced. it's just cheaper.

I thought a tire rotation was part of the 50K maintenance service. I concur with others who take the vehicle to a toyota dealer or to a tire dealer to get tire rotations at some reasonable cost (such as $ 20 total cost).
