It wasn't that hard and took about an hour or so. The hardest part is getting the existing grill off the RX. You have to pull and push straight out, no prying the top or bottom first. If you do, you will break the tabs that hold it in the bumper. I actually still have the one I installed in my attic, I didn't really care for the look, it was a little to GM Denali for me. I am contemplating the LX Mode grill, just waiting for a few extra dollars.

That's good to know, MEP. The dealers around here just slap the second grill over the first. Looks stupid seeing the vertical lines from the OE grill showing through the mesh

I saw one of those and I thought, no way. The one I got you replace the entire inset, in that aspect it did look good.
